According to Ayurveda, Gokshura has the following properties and flavours:
Rasa: sweet
Guna: heavy, oily
Vipaka: sweet
Virya: cooling
Recommended intake:
Stir 1g powder (one measuring spoon) into warm water twice a day and drink
The daily intake of 2g plant powder contains 12 mg polyphenols
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
