Recommended dosage
Take one capsule twice daily with liquid.
Ingredients
Amla fruit bark extract 32%, ashwagandha root extract 32%, liquorice root extract 16%, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, starch (potato), anti-caking agent: talc.
Two capsules contain 400 mg amla extract, 400 mg ashwagandha extract and 200 mg liquorice extract.
