The essential oil Indian sandalwood (botanical name Santalum album) has a woody, warm, balsamic fragrance and is a heart-base note. The fragrance theme is balancing, warming, inspiring and relaxing. It is obtained through steam distillation from the wood plant part. The sandalwood trees Santalum album grow in sustainable forestry and ensure us transparent sourcing of the valuable sandalwood oil. With Sandalwood 10%, we mix 10% pure natural sandalwood essential oil with 90% jojoba oil.
