Mint: Mint varieties, which often grow in wetlands, are easily recognized by their fresh and cleansing aroma, which is common to all members of the family. Because the individual varieties cross-pollinate so easily, there are many different varieties of this plant species. Mint varieties are used by almost every industry, including healthcare, the beauty industry, the food industry, and horticulture. Today, they are among the most recognized medicinal herbs. In Greek mythology, Minthe was a river nymph who was transformed into a low-growing plant as punishment, one that people would step on. The punishment was eventually lifted and the plant received a sweet, pleasant fragrance. This was released when people stepped on it, bringing them joy!
Preparation
Pour fresh boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 5-15 minutes.
