Spermidine is a so-called polyamine and naturally contained in wheat germs. Raab Bio Spermidine contains exclusively high-quality organic wheat germ powder with its natural spermidine content. For the powder, only the valuable germ of the wheat kernel is used, which makes up only a tiny part of the ripe kernel. The germ is carefully separated from the flour body, then de-oiled and finely ground.
Usage Recommendation
Stir two heaping measuring spoons (10 g) into a smoothie, shake, porridge or muesli. Contains 5 mg spermidine per recommended daily intake
