Brahmi is an Ayurvedic plant powder valued for its revitalizing properties. It is used for hair loss, dandruff, and premature graying. Brahmi strengthens hair roots, combats dandruff formation, and soothes the associated itching. It also adds depth of color to the hair.

Application

Mix the powder with a sufficient amount of hot water to form a smooth paste. Let it sit for approximately 20 minutes, then apply it to slightly damp hair. Allow it to work for 20-40 minutes, then rinse with warm water. A follow-up wash with shampoo is usually not necessary. To prepare for dyeing, depending on your hair structure and condition, increase the application time up to 60 minutes. If a plant-based hair dye treatment follows, wash your hair with shampoo beforehand.
