Rapunzel Yellow Lentil Spaghetti is made from 100% yellow lentils. This legume provides a mild, nutty flavor and provides plenty of protein and valuable fiber. These spaghetti are the ideal gluten-free alternative to traditional grain pasta.
Production
The spaghetti is made from 100% ground yellow lentils. With the addition of water, the raw material is kneaded into a dough, which is then pressed through a die into the desired pasta shape. The pasta is then gently dried.
Preparation instructions
For every 100g of pasta, bring 1 liter of water with a little salt to a boil. Add the pasta and stir gently. Watch the cooking time carefully! Drain the pasta after cooking. Cooking time: 9 minutes. Tip for perfect pasta al dente: Add a splash of vinegar to the cooking water.
