Sonnentor - Organic Turmeric Latte Vanilla - Can 60g

Turmeric latte, also known as golden milk, is yellow, soothing, and prepared with warm (plant-based) milk. The knowledge about the special ingredients of turmeric is as old as Ayurvedic teachings themselves – and the "Golden Milk" has existed just as long. Simply stir this mixture into warm (plant-based) milk and enjoy the comforting, spicy drink.

The yellow-orange powder has a pleasantly spicy and mildly bitter aroma. In the prepared milk with fine milk foam, the yellow color brightens every mood.

Application

This sun-yellow hot drink will sweeten your morning and keep you awake throughout the day. This delicious latte is not only perfect for breakfast, but the flavor also complements desserts and cakes beautifully in the afternoon.

The turmeric latte can be prepared in two different ways:

Simple Preparation: Stir 1 teaspoon of turmeric latte mix (about 2 g) into 200ml of milk (plant-based milk is best), warm it, and sweeten it to taste with agave syrup, coconut blossom sugar, or honey.

Preparation according to Ayurveda (GOLDEN MILK):

• First, prepare a paste.
• Mix 1/4 cup of spice mix with 1/2 cup of water.
• Then bring to a simmer over low heat until a paste forms.
• The paste can be stored in the refrigerator for about 5-7 days.
• Stir 1 teaspoon of this delicious turmeric paste into 200ml of milk (plant-based milk is best) and warm it up.
• Let it simmer over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
• Enhance with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or sesame oil and sweeten to taste with agave syrup, honey, or coconut blossom sugar.

Note: Spices do not dissolve completely!
