Sree Sankara's Arimedadi Enna is a premium head massage oil that reduces Vata and Kapha, and is perfectly suited for Shirodhara applications (forehead oil streaming).
In Ayurveda, it is also used as Gandusha – a mouth rinse oil for gargling, chewing and oil pulling.

Usage
- Scalp massage – allow to work for at least 30 minutes before washing hair
- Shirodhara forehead oil streaming
