Sesame oil can be used as a head and body oil, for abhyangas and massages of all kinds. Sesame oil is Vata-reducing.
Sree Sankara sesame oil is intentionally not preheated. It should be warmed to 35-40 degrees Celsius (95-104 degrees Fahrenheit) before each use. This ensures excellent results.
