Sree Sankara - Triphala Gritham

Sree Sankara's Triphala Gritham is a high-quality Ayurvedic massage fat based on a traditional recipe from the Sahasrayogam. It combines purified ghee (butyrum) with the powerful Triphala complex – a blend of three fruits: Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) and Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica). It enhances Ojas and Agni and purifies all 7 Dhatus.

Application

Before use, warm the gritham in a warm water bath to approximately 36–40 °C to reach optimal consistency. This can be done in a baby bottle warmer or water bath. Place the bottle either directly in a pot of hot water or put an appropriate amount of oil in a small glass bowl that is warmed in hot water.

Shake well and then apply to the skin.

Application should only be done after prior consultation and instruction from your doctor or Ayurvedic medicine practitioner.
