Tea from Nepal - Kapha Tea

Our Kapha Tea is one of four very special tea varieties from our Ayurveda collection. The herbs and spices needed for our Kapha Tea thrive in the wild nature of Nepal. They are gathered in the low and high altitudes by Ayurvedic masters, dried, and carefully proportioned. Our Kapha Tea can be enjoyed at any time of day. Our Ayurvedic teas are blended according to traditional recipes. In Nepal – as it has been for hundreds of years – Ayurvedic principles are still practiced today.

When we hold a cup of our Kapha Tea, it appears yellow-reddish to copper-colored. Its taste is difficult to define at first glance: it tastes strongly herbal. Even cooled or cold Kapha Tea is a delight.

Preparation

The water temperature for brewing Kapha Tea should be between 85 to 90 °C and the steeping time should be 5 to 10 minutes.
