Himalaya - Rumalaya pain relieving gel - 50g

Rumalaya Gel is a herbal, topical treatment. Its intensely fragrant ingredients initially have a cooling and then intensely warming effect on the applied areas of the body.

The gel is ideal for athletes, as a starter ointment before training or important matches. Less athletic and older people can also benefit from the ointment, for example, for joint pain.

How to use Rumalaya Gel

Apply a small amount of the ointment to the affected area twice a day. Gently massage the gel in. Slight redness is normal. The effect will be enhanced if you use a warm compress.

Please note: Use Rumalaya sparingly and do not apply it over large areas. Very sensitive skin may react to the essential oils ginger, cinnamon, and frankincense with severe redness or slight swelling and a burning sensation similar to sunburn. In this case, apply ghee to the affected areas.

Important: Be sure to wash your hands after use, as Rumalaya should not come into contact with mucous membranes or eyes! Do not use on children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. For external use only.
